    I have paid for the full version of Live OneCare;y pc is not recognizing it.I was on the phone  friday 8-1 for a while with a tech.She did all kinds of stuff to my pc and it still drecgognize the subscription!! HELP PLEASE

  • I to am experiencing the same problem and have also been on hours trying to resolve it without any success. AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME UNLESS SOMEONE OUT THERE CAN HELP DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT they should rename Bill Gates ***ROBIN HOOD***

  • Jackie, what are you actually encountering when trying to activate the paid subscription? The tech should not have had to do anything on your PC, except perhaps clear out the LiveID credentials. How did you end the session with the tech? What is the status of your support case? If you login at http://billing.microsoft.com do you see the OneCare subscription as active?
