    I'm also with you Stephen. But the administrator needs to consider server health. that's why, they have put the restrictions.

    Ya ur point is correct....
    But the number of junk announcements in the site is very high..
    I have seen announcements like this

    adsddssd
    sgddsasd
    This would have irritated the microsoft members..
    Upto my knowledge this is good..
    But the number of announcements can be increased from 3

    yes. am with you. they should make it at least 5 per day. that would be ok with their servers, and is a manageble figure.
