IM Filter suddenly started blocking all IM's RRS feed

    Is there any way to reload/reinstall just the IM filter?  Suddenly this morning, none of our users could send any IM's.  I saw no errors on the server at all.  OCS logs were fine.  Users could logon to OC07 and change status fine.  All the application status's look fine too.  I tried resetting the IM Filter to "Defaults", but it still blocks all IM's.  So I have it disabled right now.  Anyone seen this?  IM Filter has just gone crazy.  How do you reload, or fix it?
