    My Windows Live ID was in a Re-Provision cycle since I installed wloc 2.0 shook up my profile but the dust is settling down. and that's why I had issues with connect.microsoft.com

    Fast for me. Connect does have issues on regular basis, though.

    WLOC 2.0 firewall blocking something on connect feedback forms I turned it off connects loads fine I turn fire wall on connects feedback WLOC area only slows down loading
