Problem with RGS in 2 Domains RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

we (the company I work for) have some problems with RGS teams and parallel routing in 2 domains. We have 2 FE and 2 mediation servers, one of each in one domain. But we only have rgs configured on one FE server, in domain A. Domain A is our primary headquarter. Domain B is a subsidary with a different area-code than domain A.

We have users in domain B who are agents in domain As rgs teams. Now the problem: somebody calls the headquarter (domain a), every agent in the rgs team see's the incoming call (also the agent in domain b) but IF the agent in domain b picks up the call, there's a huge delay (sometimes 20 sec!) until you can actually talk to the person...

does anybody know what to do? should we set up rgs teams in domain b as well? would that work for sure? (we only have 3 agents in domain b who use rgs thats why we didnt set up rgs teams on their fe server)

    thanks in advance
