Question

Hi,
I passed 70-486 three weeks go and I can see it in the transcript and in the recommended path, but it does not show up in the "Certificate Manager" so i can't download and print it. Is everything alright here?

I do not believe that this is the problem, since the OP said that the exam appears in the Transcript. This indicates that the MCID was correct, otherwise the exam would not appear in the Transcript that is linked to the MCID.
I think that the problem is a different one: Exam 486, by itself, does not grant any certification (contrary to, for instance, 480 or 483 which grant a "Specialist" certification). In order for you to download a certificate from the Certificate Manager, you need to complete a certification. In this case, it would mean passing exam 487, along with either 480 or 483. This would complete the MCSD on Web applications, which would then appear as a downloadable certificate.

Hi Patrik,
Where did you book your exam? Did you booked your exam via your own MCP, please check the result sheet.
It is possible that if you booked your exam via the Pearson vue or other third party, other then Microsoft. That you where given a new MCP id. In this case you should contact the Regional Service Centre, to add the certificate to your old MCP id. Make sure that you have all information with you like; emailaddress, pasport information, telephone number etc. The Microsoft employee will need all information to merge both id, the oldest one will remain as your MCP id.
See below link for Regional Servce Centre, please the one applicable for your country.
