    I recently went to the Windows Live account page to change my main email address since my ISP had been purchased and my old email address was no good anymore. Since then OneCare has said my subscription has expired. When I check my account online it says my subscription is good for 4 more months. I now have 3 computers at home that will no longer update. I changed from donaldmerrick@adelphia.net to donaldmerrick@comcast.net. Can anybody help.

    You can't change the LiveID for your OneCare subscription, so I'm not sure that changing the email address would have affected your subscription status.

    I guess it may be worth troubleshooting it as a subscription status problem:

    If your subscription to OneCare shows expired in OneCare

    If your subscription is correctly shown at the Billing site, but incorrect in OneCare and your PC date and time are correct, please contact support.
