IMAPI v2.0 for windows xp 32bit RRS feed

    I am trying to run MSSStool32. However I keep getting an error when I try to burn to CD stating that I need IMAPIv2.0. I can not seem to find this for WINXP32bit. Ultimately I am trying to fix a computer that I have the Vista Home Security 2012 virus on. I do not have access to the internet with that computer. So I am trying to get the fix using a computer running WINXP32bit.
