data can be stored automatically

  when i run my form(Ctrl+F5), the data can be stored automatically in tables(attendance). but i didnot write any code in page_load in asp.net and one more prob is if i clicked a button (save) the data can be stored twice in a tables(attendance). wt is the soln for this prob. pls help...
