trial live one care RRS feed

  • Question

  • two days ago i downloaded a trial live one care and ran system check up.  afterward i noticed 2 gb of available space was used.  this leaves me with only 400 mb of available space.  how can i get this memory back i had 2.2 gb before running one care?

  • OneCare would not have used 2 gigs of space. However, OneCare does consume space when installed on the drive. I don't know the total footprint of OneCare and all of its files, but it is probably in the area of 100 or so Megs, much less than the 2 gigs you note. I would run a Disk Cleanup to see what files can be cleaned up from your drive and uninstall programs that you no longer use or need to reclaim space as even 2 gigs free is a bit small on a modern PC.
