Using VCE files is legal? RRS feed

    Hi, I want to download VCE files to practice the exams. The files can be downloaded at examcollection. Then I buy an exam simulator to open them. There are so many VCE files. My question is that is it legally to do that?

    I would recommend not using these files as many have been created using exam dumps which are illegal.  The only Microsoft approved exam simulation software comes from Kaplan SelfTest, MeasureUp and Transcender.

    What is called officially the digital material, which comes together with MS books. It is installable application, which provides self testing and passing calculating, and also explanations which I feel being best way to learn? I remember I had Server 2008 books (70-642, 70-646) shipped with CD of such application.

    That software is usually provided by MeasureUp
