Restricting access to information in CRM RRS feed

    We use CRM 4.0 at our work.

     

    We will be having two (or more) outside companies working with us who we want entering information into CRM.

     

    Is it possible to restrict/limit access so that "Company A" cannot see the data "Company B" is entering and vice versa?

    Make a new rolle for those employees and assign them only user premission on the core records that you will let them to see.

    They can then onlly see recors that they have created.
