How do I lock my phone immediately? RRS feed

    Sometimes, I want to lock my phone Right Now, not at some later timeout value. Is this possible?  I can write an applet to do this, if the API is supported. Even better, this should be in the shell for WM 6.5

    On my phone (WM 6.1 Professional), I can get to Lock by Start > Settings > (Personal Tab - default) > Lock. Then it will require me to input the password to get back in.

    Hi.

    Unless you mean the lock that requires a pin/password to unlock, simply press start and 'lock' is the softkey on the left.
