Upgraded to 2.0 x64, now getting a weird error message on Vista x64

Question

Followed the instructions to upgrade from 1.4 32bit to 2.0 x64 bit. Synched before I upgraded too. Uninstalled 1.4 after upgrading but I still can't sync. Get the following error:
Error: Cannot read from the source file System Volume Information\. Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))
Here's my setup:
Vista Ultimate x64
Logged on as Administrator (only account). UAC never was on.
I'm trying to sync my internal secondary hard drive to an external USB 2.0 hard drive.
So far I get this error message no matter what. Rebooted, reinstalled 2.0, no effect. Deleted folder pair and recreated it (setup as Echo), no effect. Deleted the Synctoy.dat files on each drive, no effect.
I do have sharing enabled on my internal hard drive, all users have full access/read write privileges. I have no problem accessing the drive otherwise and 1.4 seemed to work fine. Manually copying files works fine in Explorer.
Any ideas? Really appreciate it. I searched for this particular error but nothing came up
Thanks!

Looks like you're trying to backup your entire system drive. We generally do not recommend that SyncToy be used for this purpose. You could try backing up individual folders under the drive root and that should work fine.

And here is a copy of my Log File entry, if that helps at all:

Ok thanks, I will try individual folders and report back.Monday, August 25, 2008 1:15 AM

Thanks, that seems to have worked. I switched to individual folders (pain in the butt to make 20 pairs but whatever) and I no longer receive the error message.
