Hi, i was trying to renew my Live One care with my existing product key, everytime i try, it tells me that that product key has been used for the maximum purchases allowed, while i only i used The CD twice..... it sais that that is ERROR 8059: this is what shows up:
The prepaid subscription PIN has already been used for the maximum purchases allowed.
