Hi All;
In CRM, i have 7 queue in which one queue called Startup queue is not receiving emails
rest all the queues are running fine
I am very much new to CRM
Can anyone please help me to solve this problem

You check them from the email router configuration wizard.
From the users, Queues and Forward mailboxes tab load your org, this will tell what profiles each user/queue uses
