Invalid Key for Office 2003

Question
-
I am trying to install Office Prof. edition 2003. This disk is genuine and was purchased through the Home Use program at my husband's work (for the government). This is the first install of this software and I am getting an "Invalid Key" error when entering the product key located on the back of the software package.
Please note that I do have Outlook 2007 running on this computer, and this is not the issue, just the install of the other products in the Office 2003 suite. Thanks!

Click Yes, I want to telephone a customer service representative to activate Windows now.
3.
Click Read the Windows Product Activation Privacy Statement, click Back, and then click Next.
