    I WANT TO INTEGRATE STREET MAPS INTO OUR PIZZA DELIVERY PROGRAMS.  We could select the address and street maps would show the shortest route for the orders to be delivered. We are the writers of the code.

    Is this possible and who do I talk to about it?

    Is this streetmap some application which can show shortest route based on address passed to it? You could put it into some iframe on CRM form and compose the url in javascript dynamically.

    A more detailed description of your requirement will help you in getting some useful responses.

    If you are not a CRM developer and need someone who could do it, posting your problem in some freelancing forum will be a better idea.
