You need to contact support/customer service to cancel a subscription and to request a refund for the renewal that was charged to you.

Steve,
Yours is a non-answer. It tells me nothing. I too took a 90-day trial subscription to Windows Live OneCare. Now, 180 days or so later, the OneCare program keeps popping up. It just won't die as promised. I see no delete function. So how does one delete/unsubscribe/deactivate a trial subscription to Windows OneCare? So far, this has been like subscribing to AOL: impossible to undo.

If you installed the trial, you did not subscribe and you do not need to contact support unless you choose to.
How to Uninstall Windows Live OneCare
If you have a paid subscription, you need to contact support to cancel it or it will be renewed automatically if you have a credit card on file for your Microsoft Billing Account. The terms of the license for OneCare when purchased online via credit card are that the subscription will be automatically renewed and the credit card charged every 12 months.
So, my answer is not a non-answer. In fact, your problem is not the same as the topic of this thread.
