I am attempting to print using either USB or Network, Windows 7 Operating System. My application requires printing from Command Prompt (DOS Window). I get an immediate error- ACCESS DENIED. I have tried to relax security settings, to no avail. I am able to print using a parallel (LPT1) connection. I assume this is a Security related Issue? Are there specific Security settings that activate this error, and if so, what's best way to change them. Thanks for the help.

You'll probably get a better answer if you post your question in the Windows 7 Security forum: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itprosecurity/threads.
