Outlook Flags - No facility to "Mark or Flag" an email after it has been viewed and cannot do a "Reply All" to incoming mail. RRS feed

    This was always a simple feature that has been available since outlook was introduced in the 80's. I office 365 it does not allow you to flag the message if you have already accessed the message. Why?? I want to fag my urgent messages and now I cannot.

    Also why can I not send a  "Reply All" email to all persons copied on the incoming email, Why?? 

    Who is responsible for this stupidity, are they just trying to stay in a job?
