    why  can't my windows update SP3, its always fails when the installation is complete

    Dear customer,

    I presume that your computer runs on Windows XP. Please note that this forum is limited to the Fix it Center tool only. Please re-post your Windows Update question to http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistawu/threads.
