Implement generic control similar to vsts query builder(attached screenshot)

Hello Team,

I am looking for suggestion on database design to store, retrieve and bind the data for custom control similar to vsts query builder.

Any links that would provide initial approach how to proceed will be helpful.

From client side, i am able to send the json data to the server, need input on how to save the data in db so that binding back to UI would be simpler.
