    I updated my windows 10 and it wiped my laptop. I lost my Microsoft word and my Norton security and all other installed apps.

    Sorry for the trouble. Have you tried to redownload your Norton from your Norton account? If not, you can try by signing in now at: https://manage.norton.com/
