Now I have some relavent restore client questions?

Question
-
Hi everyone here's my questions:
-I didn't get a "restore CD" with WHS 2011, how would I make one?
-When creating a restore USB Key, do I open the dashboard on the client side or server side? The reason I'm asking is because the icon on my client connector is gone and I can't reinstall because it says I'm already connected, even though I've uninstalled the connector software. I have tried to reinstall the connector and it won't connect to the server, says the computer is already connected, and I don't want to loose my backup files for this client either, I'm trying to restore this client.
-after I have a bootable USB Key or bootable CD, I assume I boot the client computer using either to start the restore proccess, correct? I want to restore the oldest backup copy and assume it would be last months backup copy.
-Should I partition the new HDD first? or will it do that automaticly? There are three partitions. Reserved 100mb, C:\ Primary, D:\ Primary
-I've been reading about "altetude" of the restore driver and changing the registry file to compensate, are you talking about the server registry file or the client registry file?
-I initially replace the drive with a different model/manufacturer and reinstalled the OS from scratch (with the exception of turning ON AHCI under BIOS first) and I had to reactivate the OS. Now I have a RMA replacement drive of the same model/manufacture, will I need to reactivate this restored OS? It seems to create a new Hash each time it's activated and "restricted" video files won't play on different machines.
Thanks for any insight you can give me,

Yes, create a Client Restore disk by opening the Dashboard, either on a Client or Server it does not matter, and under "Computers & Backups" select "Additional client computer backup tasks" and "Tools" in the popup window. Put your USB stick in the Server and continue the Wizard. Boot the Client you want to restore from the USB stick you have just created.
You will be asked if you want to restore a 32 or 64 bit system - select the right one! You will be asked to enter your Server password and then at some point which backup you want to use to restore. By default it expects you to use the most recent but you can select any one that's available.
Don't do any partitioning before the event, it is better if the disk is blank.
Don't worry about Altitude unless you have a problem (normally Trusteer Rapport software).
As for reactivation, I have never had to do so but that's down to the majic of Microsoft - it either will or wont!
Good luck.

Hi Phil, Thanks for responding,
-I made the key just fine by going to the server with remote desktop and using the dash pannel there, but everything else did not go as discribed.
-I did a test run with the key, and it never asked me for 32bit or 64bit install (all my machines are 64bit), but it did ask me for a Network driver which I supplied off the MB Cd (and it was able to scan for it too, later I copied the folder to the USB stick which had both 32 & 64 bit drivers).
-I simply put the new drive in, but it never seen it (it did see the other three drives and assigned C, D, E drive letters, with G going to the USB stick).
-I then used Disk Manager to see what was up, brought the new drive "online" first, but it still didn't see it. So I had to partition it with the same Partition layout as the restore backup, before I could do that I had to move drive letters up above the stick drive using H, I, J drive letters.
-Then I created that quirky little 100mb "system reserve" partition, then I split the remainder in half, then created the second partition, then I srunked it by 100mb, then created the last partition (I needed 100mb, C: 953863.41 and D: 953863.51 partition layout to match my original).
-I gave the system reserve the letter V so I could assign it, then I was able to do the restore in about 4.5 hours, which was actually pretty quick.
-Rebooted to the new drive without a hitch, seems like everything is here too and working as it should. And its activated too.
Next question, does anyone know of registry cleaning, defraging programs? What do you recomend?
