The File does not exist in the specified location RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I try to open Microsoft Streets and Trips 2013, I get the following error msg: The file does not exist in the specified location.  However, if I click on a saved "map", the program opens ok.   The program use to work fine.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no resolve.

  • It's a bad link (shortcut).

You can delete the bad one from C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs and create a new shortcut from C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Streets & Trips 2013\streets.exe if you are running a 64bit version of windows.
