  I need to write 70-511 MCTS exam in a week, but I don't have any preparation materials.

  MS has not yet released Microsoft .NET Framework 4 – Windows Applications Development ISBN: 9780735627420 book yet.

  I don't know where to start and how to prepare.

  Please help me in preparing and passing this exam.
