There appears to be nothing wrong with your report (apart from a minor error – more later)
What seems to be the problem?

Please go to the Validation website, and attempt validation, at www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate

If you pass, you’ll be offered IE9 and MSE – you don’t need to take them! -

either way, please post back with a fresh MGADiag report afterwards.

  • Thank you for replying to my post, my laptop failed to boot properly the following day and I had to carry out a complete reboot this appears to have resolved the problem and in confirmation the microsoft validation worked.
