    2. After running the MGA Diagnostic Tool, click
on the "Windows" tab and then click on "Copy".

    3. Next, visit the following website and create a post in the
"WGA Validation Problems" forum and paste the

  • Because many times must post a MGA Diagnostic Tool log and a forum is a much better resource for analyzing such a log.

  • What about fax machines and for those who can still access their systems "Remote Assistance"? Why wouldn't Microsoft want to use those tools, or is the problem much larger than the "less than 1%" that MS claims it to be. My own experince is 4% of my clients have had false positives. And ZDNET is reporting out of 137 individual member posts on this very forum between Aug 1 and Aug 15 42% had false positives! http://blogs.zdnet.com/Bott/?p=142
