When I press the "Update to Windows 8.1 for free!" button in the Store, nothing happens!

  Hi!

  When I press the "Update to Windows 8.1 for free!" button, nothing happens, as if I never pressed the button.

  I had trouble with my Windows 8.1 laptop, so i was forced to refresh it back to Windows 8. I have installed some updates and I really want to update to Windows 8.1!
