Visual Studio 2005 how do I enable browsing Platform Builder for CE 6.0

I am using VS05 and platform builder for CE 6.0
I would like browsing info to be created for all the files I am compiling...
I can see how to turn it on in subproject but what about for the whole OS i am compiling ???
