  • Question

  • Has anyone had any experience or been able to add a Win 9X PC to their one care circle? No issues getting the machines setup on the home network but would like to be able to get some kind of virus protection going to help protect these machines. Any thoughts?

  • OneCare can only be installed on Windows XP SP2 (32 bit) or Vista. Therefore, a Windows 98 PC will never be part of the Circle in OneCare, though that PC can still exist on the LAN. Check out Avast (www.avast.com) for a free home user copy of antivirus that works well on a Win98 PC.
