  • Hello,

    Is there a way to reactivate a case when a reply to the original mail comes.

  • you can easily able do this using workflow..

    create workflow against Email ..and select scope to organisation and select to run when record is created...

    Now check if this is incoming email and regarding case (as follows)

     if Email Direction is Incoming and
        Email Regarding (Case) : Case contains Data then

       Change Status Regarding (Case) to Inprogress..
