WinXpSp3 freezing up at the itunes website only. No other site causes this behavior.

  Hi...I am trying to figure out what is going on with my computer.  I am running WinXpSp3.  One of the problems that I am having is that I tried to restart the Windows Driver Foundation in the Administrative Services Control panel and it is giving me an ERROR 31...."a device attached is not functioning."  I have no clue as to which device because in the Device Manager everything is o.k. Also...I ran a scan from my resource CD and it indicated that my internal speakers were not working.  I am running Soundblaster and I opened up the Audio Controls and found that one of the drivers is not digitally signed.  Would these issues freeze out Itunes? Only on the  iTunes site my computer freezes and then has to be cold-booted down.  Does anyone know about this.
