    N/A     I have received a windows not valid alert on my computer ,could you have a look at the report for me . I have the product key but can` t find where to  reenter it , if its valid as it is suppose to be genuine . I have not got the windows disc at this time ,its packed away somewhere .   • Your Volume License Key has been blocked by Microsoft - presumably because it's been published on the internet.

    For what version and edition of Windows is your machine licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case (if there is one)?
