    i have the bar code and everything else but the 25 digit code what do i do and who can i call to get this

    The 25 digit product key is on a yellow sticker behind the CD holder in the retail package. If you do not have a yellow sticker, return the product for an exchange. If you have disposed of the retail package, you will not be able to obtain a replacement key.
