Live Care UPDATE 3/27/09 & restore

  Since the OC-LIVE update on 3/37/09, my computer displays a BLUE SCEEN ONLY! 
  I have lost all Icons, Start tray, etc. 
  
  If I access things using TASK MASTER (which I am now doing) I see that all my files are still on the drive.
  
  When I try to RESTORE - One Care wants to put data on DRIVE O.....there is no DRIVE O...
  So, how can I change DRIVE O to something that does exist?
  
  PLEASE ADVISE
