CRM 2016 cloud setting up new query view,unable to Save. RRS feed

  • In Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 in the cloud, in My Active Accounts, tried to create a personal view with <g class="gr_ gr_259 gr-alert gr_gramm undefined Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="259" id="259">query</g> but when I went to save, Microsoft error: Provide a valid value for Account Name? Unable to save

  • Is it only affecting the Account Name? How about using another operator and see if that works?

    Could you elaborate your issue a bit?

    Just in case, if you`re looking to create a Personal view, follow below steps:
    1. Navigate to the entity, you want to create a personal view for.
    2. Click on the view name(View Name example “My Active Accounts”).
    3. It`ll expand, and over there you`ll see the option to Create Personal View, with the said name.
    4. Put in the information you need.
    5. Once, you are done, click Save As and Give it a Name, and that’s it.
    6. Personal View is created.
