Backup Utility Freeze RRS feed

    I have been using the Backup Utility for several years without a problem. Today, after I started a backup, the utility just hung at the Preparing to Backup using Shadow Copy Popup. This has never happened before. Does anyone have any ideas why, as well as how to fix this problem?
