    I place the install url on my site to link to the application i uploaded. It tells other liveID people that the service is not available.

    I don't know what you did or are trying to do, but if you are using Live Mesh and wish to share a folder with people, you need to share it with specific people. There is no public sharing from Live Mesh. Users are individually invited.
    In order to use Live Mesh, people need to have a Live Mesh account from www.mesh.com

    Correct me if I misunderstood and I'll remove the answer atttribute from this post.

    Thanks for your post.  Can you elaborate on the issue?  You placed the www.mesh.com url on your website, but when it is clicked users receive "Service is not available?"
