Hi,
I have installted outlook client in offline mode into my PC , then added calendar of other user (Aleady installed outlook client too)into my outlook for mornitor it . When user updated Appointment,Task in CRM. I can't see the updated data from my outlook(I know it will be synchronize every 15 Mins.) Thanks in advance for the suggestion.

ensure you are on the latest update rollup. there are some fixes in Update Rollup 12 releated to Shared Calendars.

You need to be in online mode for the sync to work. Also have you run the diagnostic tool to see if any problems exist?

Hi,
I have ran the diagnostic and found the error that "Outlook might have disabled the microsoft Dynamics CRM Outlook add-in....." and already fixed it. But, i still can't see the update info of other's calendar in my outlook. I'm not sure that email client didn't support,if share calendar to other person. Anyone know about this, please help me. Thank you

Have you reviewed your Local data groups in Outllook CRM settings to see if you have the right items to synchronise?
