  • The output file I get when I run MGADiag is a .cab..? How do I open it for viewing?

    |When you Run it, there's a button that shows once complete - it says Copy
    Hit the button! (that copies the report to your Clipboard) - you can then
    close MGADiag.
    Then open your response to this , and Paste the report there.
    click Submit

    Or you can paste it into Notepad, if you would like to look at it without posting it.

    I am going to mark this thread as Answered.  If you have a Non-Genuine issue that you would like us to look at, create a new thread, post the Diagnostic Report there and we will help you out.
