Windows cant Activate right now... Help

Question
-
Bought my brand new laptop over a year ago, pre loaded with Windows 8..
Had to install some "recommended" windows updates yesterday which left my Laptop crippled, Stuck in a boot loop..
Managed to recover it with a recovery disk, But it then loaded up saying, nothing was supported by this version of windows.
Decided to go for a "System Reset" and remove everything except the OS,
took around 4.5 hours to Complete, but this morning whilst going through the agonising task of re installing everything, Windows comes up saying it needs activating... Ive tried activating several times, Keeps saying cannot activate at this time, try again after or contact your system admin. I have tried the old SLUI 03 however this wont accept my Product key.
Im running a Toshiba Satellite C850 - 1KN
Windows 8 Release Preview
Was purchased from Argos last December with Windows 8 Pre Installed

This is really the wrong forum - but...
Please open an Elevated Command Prompt window (in Start, type 'Command' - a Command Prompt icon will appear, right-click on it, and select Run as Administrator)
At the Prompt, type
Licensingdiag.exe -report %userprofile%\desktop\report.txt -log %userprofile%\desktop\repfiles.cab
(note the spaces!)
two files will be put on your desktop -
open the 'report.txt' file in Notepad, and copy/paste the results to your response - you can ignore the repfiles.cab file for the moment, as it's only backup data

"Windows 8 Release Preview" was the beta version of Windows 8 and is now obsolete. You need to contact Toshiba Support and ask them to send you the final released version of Windows 8. After you reformat your hard drive and install Windows 8, you'll be able to activate.
