Windows 8 Activation Error - Owned Laptop for over 1 year
I bought this laptop at Best Buy over a year ago. I recently became aware of this issue when I tried to download the Microsoft Office Professional 2010 and it told me I was running an inactivated version of Windows 8. All updates seem to not be able to install either. Soon after I started getting the Activation Error Code 0xC0000022 {Access Denied} "A process has requested access to an object, but has not been granted those access rights." After reading other posts about this error I attempted to Run Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool (1.9.0027.0) and when I attempt to copy the information I get this error "Failed to create output files, hr = 0x80070002. Please contact support."
These are the results I was unable to copy.

What is it that is wrong with my laptop? Is there anything that I can do?
