Trying to Cancel OneCare's Online Photo Backup Subscription. RRS feed

  • I have been trying for weeks to cancel my online photo backup subscription to no avail. I cannot believe how difficult Microsoft has made this.  Granted I have been distracted by a number of things over the last few weeks including illness and my daughters wedding but I have devoted a considerable amount of time trying to find the appropriate link to cancel this service to the point of great frustration and no satisfaction. I really hope someone can help me figure this out, please.

    Thank you for visiting the Live OneCare program forum.  Here are the instructions for contacting a Support Agent for Windows Live OneCare.

    Start Here:

    1.       Open OneCare by Double Clicking the OneCare Icon in the Taskbar.

    2.       Click Get help with OneCare

    3.       Click Show me more topics

    4.       Click Contact support in the middle of the webpage

    5.       Click Contact Support  in the bottom right corner of the webpage

    6.       Click Get support

    7.       Select the Billing Support or Technical Support Bubble

    8.        Answer the questions appropriately, you will be guided to an agent if you have a paid subscription or email support if you have a trial version.
