Accessing CRM 4.0 without vpn connection RRS feed

    Hi,

     

    We just upgraded CRM 3.0 to CRM 4.0 and everything is working fine internally. But when we connect the CRM server without using VPN and using web client  we get web page display error at the first attemp, it gets loaded after repeated click on the icons.

     

    It could be due to network bandwidh issue but I am not sure. Is there any solution to get this issue fixed.

     

    Any suggestions would greately appreciated.

    I think you may have a look the IIS settings on the front-end web server.

  • check your IIS Settings and VPN settings to access website.. As per my knoweledge there will not an issue, I am using it regularly

    Thanks !! Is there any particular property setting in IIS server that needs attention ?

     

    I will go through IIS settings and see if it improves the performance.
