Windows 7 Ultimate Key Blocked (e-bay purchase)

Question
-
I purchsed a legitimate looking copy of Windows 7 Ultimate from a seller on e-bay complete with what appeared to be the full hologram DVD (both 32 & 64 bit versions), the COA, and the Product key included. When I attempted to activate, I received a message indicating that the prodcut key had been blocked. After performing some additional searches regarding how to tell if the software was genuine, it appears to be counterfeit. The product id code displayed in windows also appeared to be a not for sale MSDN license based on some other articles that I have read.
I have ran the MGADiag tool and kindly ask if you can tell me if my software is counterfeit based on the results that I pasted below. Thanks!

Your Product ID line shows that you are using an MSDN product key. Since you are not the subscriber who was issued this product key, it is invalid for your use.
Windows Product ID: 00426-068-6016404-86091
The 068 is the MSDN indicator. The entire box and its contents is a counterfeit product. Many counterfeit copies are being sold on eBay and the Amazon Marketplace as well as various websites around the world. The product key is not a genuine retail PK. It is a genuine MSDN product key and is blocked by Microsoft as an MSDN key in use by a nonsubscriber.
Pursue a refund for an item not as described immediately. Do not accept a replacement product key from the seller. It will be from the same source.

Buy a copy of Windows from a rock solid seller like the Microsoft Store or Amazon Corp (not an affiliate).

Q. "I purchsed a legitimate looking copy of Windows 7 Ultimate from a seller on e-bay....."
A. Not really. You may have thought so, but you were scammed by an eBay seller. Please file a Counterfeit Software Report.
