Black screen - copy of Windows not Genuine ????

    Question

  • I purchased my PC over 2 years ago from Best Buy in the U.S. and have been running with no problems since then.  My Windows 7 home premium has not had a problem with updates or running Microsoft Security Essentials.  About 2 months ago I received a warning that my copy of windows was not genuine.  Didn't know what to do so I used the installed Gateway Restoration facility to restore to factory.  Everything has been running fine since then and I thought the problem was resolved.  Now today I get the notice again that Windows is not Genuine.  I would resent having to pay in excesss of $100 to obtain and new key from Microsoft when I know this PC was purchased from a reputable OEM.  I downloaded and ran the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool and below is the results of that.  Any help you can give me to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

You have a hacker's Activation Exploit installed - your WIndows is counterfeit
Your installation of Office is also counterfeit.
You should revert back to the original OS that came with your machine using teh manufacturer's Recovery media.
