CRM 2013 Server Side Sync Workflows Emails not working

Hey,
I am having a hell of a time with Server Side Sync. I can’t get any workflow emails to be sent out.
I followed everything in this guide to a T http://quantusdynamics.blogspot.com/2013/11/dynamics-crm-2013-configuring-exchange.html I also updated the workflow to not have a blank NO Delivery Attempt setting. http://blogs.catapultsystems.com/rhutton/archive/2014/02/19/crm-2013-on-premise-%E2%80%93-workflow-email-not-sent-this-message-has-not-yet-been-submitted-for-delivery.aspx
Below are screenshots of my settings, when I run a test mailbox I get the test mail and it says success for inbound, outbound, and contacts, tasks and appointments. The last screenshot shows the workflow completes successfully but the message is never sent out. How are workflow emails delivered when using Server Side Sync? It’s really pissing me off because I have been over it about a 100 times. I am using the account lwginc\matter (display name for this account is for the impersonation.
This upgrade is turning into a nightmare I have personally spent every waking hour I have working on it. So many things have changed I hate it.

So u have tested and enabled server side sync, but mails are not goimg out. Can i know if users are able to sent out normal emails from crm. If yes then in workflows what address does email have in the from field? If it is coming from a admin user then what settings does that user has? If the user from which mail comes is current user then u need to check what status is the workflows. Change the setttings of the user to outlook and see if everything ia working fine.
I hope u have used send email step and not create email step.

Hey,
Thanks for your reply, I was looking at everything but the obvious and that was the from sender mailbox was not activated in CRM 2013. Still getting used to this whole mailbox concept in CRM, thanks for the tip.
