I need help for transfer my website from php to .net

Hello,
I have website which is on static i just want to transfer in to .net...
now the question is i have my website web design company (right now in php) & ranking on google.com?
if i change my website plateform... (PHP to .net) is it possible to lose ranking from 2nd or 3rd possition?
can search engine get problem while transfering & diffrent coading as compare to php & .net?
I just come to know that .net will get more beneficial for operating as well as for ranking propose because of extrema application.
I need your help to know about my confusion....
